Ingrediënten
- 200 g cod fillet
- Herbal breadcrumbs
- Pommes pont-neuf (+/- 1 cm)
- 1 tomato
- Leek shoots
- DELINO Bearnaise sauce
Instructies
- Take a cod fillet of +/- 200 gr per person and paneer in herb breadcrumbs. Fry the fillets in the pan and serve with pommes pont-neuf. Hollow out a tomato and add the warm Bearnaise. Finish with a sprinkle of leek sprouts.
